Global Open Streams
The Open Stream is a real-time, chronological feed of all posts across the network. You can filter this by topics (channels) to see content relevant to your interests.
Ephemeral Posts
Every post on SOS has a finite lifespan. You can set the "Auto-Wipe" timer when creating a post (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours). Once the timer expires, the post vanishes from everyone's feed and our servers.
Private RAM Chats
Private messaging on SOS is uniquely secure. Messages are stored only in the server's volatile memory (RAM). They are never written to a hard drive. If either party leaves the chat or the session times out, the history is purged instantly and cannot be recovered.
SOS Alerts
Emergency alerts are high-priority posts highlighted in the feed. These are intended for urgent community information and stay active until manually dismissed or until their set expiry.
